Then God said, "Let the waters teem with swarms of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth in the open expanse of the heavens." NASB

And God said, "Let the waters swarm a swarming of living creatures, and let fowl fly over the earth, across the expanse of the heavens." Traditional Jewish Translation

8317 – 8318 -יִשְׁרְצוּ– sharats – To wriggle, by implication swarm or abound; a swarm, i.e. an active mass of minute animals.

4325 –הַמַּיִם– hamayim - water, waters
