Genesis 1:18

וְלִמְשֹׁל בַּיֹּום וּבַלַּיְלָה וּֽלֲהַבְדִּיל בֵּין הָאֹור

and to govern the day and the night, and to separate the light from the darkness; and God saw that it was good.

And to rule over the day and over the night, and to separate between the light and between the darkness, and God saw that it was good. Traditional Jewish Translation

4910 – 4915 –וְלִמְשֹׁל– valamashal – to rule; to liken; a sense of superiority in mental action; Place in Palastine; a satire; an empire, a parallel.

3117 –בַּיֹּום– bayowm – to be hot, a day (from sunrise to sunset) or (a space in time defined by associated terms), (an age).

3915 -וּבַלַּיְלָה– vabelayleh – a twist (away of the light), night, adversity

914 -וּֽלֲהַבְדִּיל– valaheBadeyal – to divide separate, distinguish, differ, select, a part.

996 -בֵּין– biyn – to separate mentally, understand, a distinction, between, either… or.

215 – 218 -הָאֹור– owr - luminous, luminary, lightning, happiness, flame, the east, a city in Chaldea, Ur

996 -וּבֵין– vabiyn – to separate mentally, understand, a distinction, between, either… or.

2822 –הַחֹשֶׁךְ– hachoshek – to restrain or refrain, to refuse, spare, preserve, to observe, to be dark (as withholding light), to darken, the dark, darkness, misery, destruction, death, ignorance, sorrow, wickedness.

7200 –וַיַּרְא– vayara – to see

430 –אֱלֹהִים- Elohim – Magistrates

3588 –כִּי– Kiy - a particle indicating causal relations of all kinds, antecedent or consequent. Very widely used as a rel. conj. or adv.

2896 –טֹֽוב– towb – good, goodness, beauty, gladness, welfare.

And to rule by the day and by the night and to distinguish between the light and between the darkness, the Magistrates saw that is was good.
