וַיְצַו יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים עַל־הָֽאָדָם לֵאמֹר מִכֹּל

The LORD God commanded the man, saying, "From any tree of the garden you may eat freely; NASB

And the Lord God commanded man, saying, "Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat. Traditional Jewish Translation

6680 –וַיְצַו– uyatsava – to constitute, enjoin.

3068 – 3069 –יְהוָה– Yahweh – self existent or eternal; name of the creator.

430 –אֱלֹהִים– Elohim – Magistrates.

119 – 124 –הָֽאָדָם– ha-adam – to show blood (in the face) i.e. flush or turn rosy; ruddy, i.e. a human being; a name; rosy; shorten form of ~wda (mwda) Edom, a name; redness, i.e. the ruby, garnet or some other red gem.

559 –לֵאמֹר- la-amar, to say, speak, utter

398 – 401 –אָכֹל– akal – to eat; food; devoured; a name, Ucal.

398 – 401 –תֹּאכֵֽל– ta-akal – to eat; food; devoured; a name, Ucal.

Magistrate Yahweh constituted the human to say from every tree in the garden is food to eat.
