 "Both thorns and thistles it shall grow for you; And you will eat the plants of the field;  NASB

And it will cause thorns and thistles to grow for you, and you shall eat the herbs of the field.  Traditional Jewish Translation

6972 – 6976 – #wq – (xwq) – quwts – to clip off; to spend the harvest season; severing oneself; to be disgusted or anxious; the idea of abruptness in starting up from sleep; (in the sense of prickling) a thorn; the name of two Israelites, Koz and Hakkoz.

1863 – rdrd – (rdrd) – dardar – a thorn.

6779 – 6780 – xmc – (jmx) – tsemach – to sprout; a sprout.

3919b – $l – (kl) – lok – to you (singular).

398 – 401 – lka – (lka) – akal – to eat; food; devoured; a name, Ucal.

In harvest season thorns will sprout and you shall the grass of the field.
