Genesis 1:5

וַיִּקְרָא אֱלֹהִים לָאֹור יֹום וְלַחֹשֶׁךְ קָרָא לָיְלָה וַֽיְהִי־עֶרֶב וַֽיְהִי־בֹקֶר יֹום אֶחָֽד׃

Qara valachasak yowm owr Elohim Vayaqara

God called the light day, and the darkness He called night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day. NASB

Jewish translation: And God called the light day, and the darkness He called night, and it was evening and it was morning, one day.

3915---layleh – a twist (away of the light), night, adversity
1961---vayahay - to exist, be, become, come to pass.
6153---Arab – To braid, to intermix, to traffic, to give, be security, to be agreeable, to grow dusky, to commingle, sterility, a country, dusk, the web, a mixture, a willow, pleasant, a mosquito, a raven.

And the magistrates called the light day (an age), and the darkness he called night and it became dusk and it became the dawn the united first age.
